Exchange Policy
If you are looking to exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note the following exception for a store credit note if needed.
Exchange
You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it (Excluding sale items).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with a tag attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the exchange item is received, you will be informed via email. As soon as the exchange is approved, it will then be processed and posted.
Please be aware we do not provide a refund.
Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
